JPMorgan Chase has inducted ForeScout Technologies into its Hall of Innovation for enhancing device visibility and policy-driven control. The JPMorgan Chase Hall of Innovation is an annual award for innovation bestowed upon emerging technology vendors and recognises business value and impact.
This year's event was held for the 8th year and took place at the J P Morgan Technology Innovation Symposium in Menlo Park, California, where ForeScout received its award.
ForeScout's technology responds to the proliferation of devices connecting to enterprise environments and challenges new threat vectors for corporate networks by instantaneously seeing both traditional and Internet of Things (IoT) devices when they connect to a network, controlling device access based on security posture and policy, and orchestrating system-wide responses.
On the selection of ForeScout Technologies for the award, J P Morgan Chase's Global Chief Information Security Officer, Rohan Amin said, "ForeScout provides us with enhanced visibility and control across the hundreds of thousands of devices connected to our corporate network. We were able to rapidly deploy the technology globally, at scale, which highlights the product’s ease of implementation. ForeScout’s technology also helps us automate and dynamically enforce security policies across our environment.”
ForeScout's President and CEO, Michael DeCesare was honoured to receive this recognition from JPMorgan Chase, saying that there is no better compliment than having a customer validating that ForeScout's technology adds so much value to their business.
“J P Morgan Chase has an extremely talented technology team and we enjoy working with them in this new era of security where everything is connected.” he concluded.
