E-banking security products including mIdentity to be on display at the Bankfiliale 2012 exhibition at CeBIT demonstrating secure alternatives to PIN. |
|
The German IT-security vendor Kobil Systems will be displaying its secure, mobile office solutions in the Future Banking Pavilion in Hall 17 at this year's CeBIT. The applications displayed at the special exhibition "Bankfiliale 2012" are deployed by many of Kobil's customers already, including mobile banking solutions being used by Commerzbank corporate clients or Migros Bank's M-IDentity application for safe E-Banking.
Since this year's CeBIT is mainly oriented towards topics and solutions, Kobil Systems will not be represented with their own stand but participate in the special exhibition "Bankfiliale 2012" in the Future Banking Pavillon. The security vendor will be displaying its secure and mobile solutions for all areas of Corporate and Private Banking, including their onetime password system SecOVID, a simple but safe alternative to PIN or TAN lists creating passwords at the push of a button via a token. Smartcard based solutions such as mIDentity or EMV-TriCAP, allowing mobile Online-Banking from any workstation without the need of software installation, will be presented as well, confirming Kobil's reputation as a provider of flexible and future-proof banking solutions.
"For us, the Future Banking Pavilion is the perfect surrounding to present our concepts for innovative banking solutions. This is the main reason why we decided to display in Hall 17 Banking & Future rather than in the Security Hall, where we have exhibited our products during the last years", Ismet Koyun, Managing Director Kobil Systems, explains. Additionally, the Worms IT-security provider will enforce its presence on international exhibitions during the months to come.
