Optex has published a guide to installers confirming a list of all of its indoor detectors that are now PD6662:2010 Grade 2 and Grade 3 compliant.
The guide, which is available to download from the Optex website includes a detailed listing of over 25 OPTEX detectors that conform to the new regulatory criteria, including those sensors with remote LED control functionality. It also includes the very latest SAVER passive infrared detector designed for installers with smaller budgets, but without sacrificing quality and false alarm performance.
Takuya Okamoto, Managing Director of OPTEX Europe, says that the broad range of OPTEX’s intruder detector portfolio means that it can satisfy every installer demand: “The list will help confirm in installers’ minds that if they are working with us, then our detectors meet all of the latest industry regulations,” he says. |
