HMS is showcasing a range of its signature products and services at the International Security National Resilience (ISNR) Exhibition and Conference, which takes place at the National Hall, Olympia, London, from 3-5 December.
The main focus at the exhibition will be HMS's Corporate Consultancy offering, which includes infrastructure threat assessments, vulnerability surveys and instruction in business continuity planning - all for the commercial marketplace. This comprehensive risk assessment service enables HMS to offer unrivalled technical understanding, in-house intelligence resources and advanced training expertise to the international business community.
At a time when terrorist activity has increased in sophistication, it is vital that businesses maintain an informed awareness of the current threat and understand where their particular vulnerabilities lie. It is also essential that organisations have appropriate processes in place to ensure operations continue efficiently after any direct or indirect incident.
Roger Davies, managing director of HMS, explains: "ISNR will allow us to network and discuss the corporate consultancy side of the business with key decision makers. Although a terrorist attack is a low probability event, it is imperative that organisations have contingency plans in place to oppose any possible threats. With our range of expertise and resources, we can help companies develop a plan that is both comprehensive and effective."
HMS, with offices in Wiltshire, UK and Washington DC in the United States, is renowned for its comprehensive consultancy services to military and law enforcement agencies facing threats from improvised explosive devices (IEDs). It employs personnel with unique knowledge and hands-on experience in high-risk situations. These technical trainers are supported by HMS's strong research and analysis capabilities ensuring all clients and staff are up-to-date with the current terrorist situation around the globe.
