DM Fusion programme improves installer back-up and support.

New dealer programme from Dedicated Micros improves the technical support including an enhanced training schedule.
CCTV specialist Dedicated Micros - part of AD Group - has launched a
ground breaking installer partnership programme, DM Fusion, which has
been created to deliver enhanced back-up and support to key installers
in the UK and Ireland.

Installers who sign-up for DM Fusion - in return for an agreed
commitment - will unlock a number of key benefits. These include: a
dedicated account manager to act as a central point of contact, priority
access to the company's demonstration teams, discounts on demonstration
stock, enhanced technical support, tailored technical and sales training
and a collect and return repairs policy.

Dedicated Micros sees DM Fusion as offering an opportunity for
installers who qualify, to add value to their businesses. Support will
be provided to help generate sales leads, a user-friendly member web
site will also act as an on-line resource for members, and they will
receive regular e-newsletters, communication about firmware upgrades via
email and advanced notice of new product launches.

Said Carol Cope, Partnership Manager at Dedicated Micros: "Undoubtedly
DM Fusion is a major landmark for us in terms of the way that Dedicated
Micros works with installers. Considerable time and effort has been put
into the development of DM Fusion over the past six months, talking to
installers on the ground to understand their requirements and making
sure we have the right infrastructure in place, with the appointment of
a Partnership Manager and five new Account Managers to the DM Fusion
scheme, to deliver a successful programme.
