SC Magazine recognizes Core Impact as finalist in Best SME Security Solution category of European awards to be announced in April |
|
Core Security Technologies, provider of Core Impact solutions for comprehensive enterprise security testing, has been named a finalist in the "Best Vulnerability Assessment" and the "Best SME Security Solution" categories for the SC Magazine Awards Europe 2009.
The SC Magazine Awards Europe highlight industry-leading products, services and professionals from across the information security industry and recognize excellence and innovation in nearly every aspect of IT security. Since its launch in 1996, both the awards and presentation ceremony have attracted the biggest and brightest names in the industry.
"We're very proud that the efforts of our outstanding development team are being recognised in Europe, and we feel that Impact Essential offers a truly unique range of features and functionality," said Paula Varas, VP of Engineering at Core Security Technologies. "To be nominated in both categories further highlights how automated penetration testing technology is now considered an essential component of maintaining a sound security process within many organizations."
The Awards presentation will take place on Tuesday 28 April 2008 at the Hurlingham Club, Ranelagh Gardens, London, SW6.
