Policy based compliance management product from Intelliden chosen as finalist in best new management product category in the TeleManagement forum awards. |

Intelliden has announced that its Policy Based Compliance Management application has been selected as a finalist in TeleManagement Forum's 2008 "Best New Management Product" award category. This award recognises new and innovative products that help service providers to streamline operations, reduce operating costs, improve service quality, and increase profitability in support of new converged services.
Intelliden's Policy Based Compliance Management (PBCM) application has been designed to meet the compliance needs of 'network-driven' organizations, who demand the highest levels of network availability, reliability and security. It is industry's first application to support total network compliance needs, including regulatory, industry, security and operational requirements. It is also the only application that combines automated compliance, intelligent remediation, unmatched usability, and support for an unlimited number of policies to meet the needs of the largest and most complex networks.
'We congratulate Intelliden on reaching the finalist stage for the TM Forum Excellence Awards for Best New Management Product," said Keith Willetts, CEO, TM Forum. "Like last year, competition was high and featured big industry names. Intelliden has distinguished itself in reaching the final stage; the winners will be announced by an independent board of judges on the 19th May at the Awards Gala dinner in Nice at the start of the TM Forum Management World."
"Our automated PBCM application is designed to ensure that every network change is performed in compliance with agreed-upon policies," said Rahul Sachdev, vice president of marketing and business development at Intelliden. "This is especially important for communications service providers, who rely heavily on their mission critical IP networks to deliver revenue enhancing convergent services. We consider TM Forum's selection of PBCM to be a major validation of the need for automated policy management in successful delivery of next generation services."
