Verint is introducing its Audiolog emergency services call recording and retrieval system into EMEA. |

Verint Systems has announced its debut into the EMEA public safety markets with its Audiolog Interaction Recording Solution.
Verint Audiolog has a well-established and successful track record in non-EMEA markets as the system of choice for the emergency services and other mission-critical sectors, with more than two thousand public safety implementations. Audiolog is a powerful call recording, retrieval, and quality management solution for enhancing the performance of emergency response, public safety, and control room operations. Designed for superior reliability in mission-critical environments, Audiolog can record all calls with related data in virtually any public safety situation.
Rapid, incident-based recording retrieval facilitates scenario reconstruction and provides public safety professionals with the information they need to act with speed and efficiency. Remote live monitoring and playback allows managers to listen to multiple channels or calls from their desktop PCs whilst flexible storage capabilities allow large volumes of calls and related data to be retained using industry-standard storage technologies. Interactive assessment tools are also available to ensure organisations comply with Government mandates on call handling evaluation.
