Utah Call Centre Expansion Serves Increasing Customer Base

Pinnacle Security : 07 May, 2010  (Company News)
Pinnacle Security is increasing support levels to its expanding user base of residential security customers with improved capacity at its call centre based in Utah
Pinnacle Security, a North American supplier to the residential security market, has announced the expansion of its call centre in Lindon, Utah. The 9,500- square-foot addition will allow the company to double the physical capacity of its call centre facility and add more than 200 in-house positions. Pinnacle Security has also upgraded its call center technology to enable an additional 100 positions to be filled by employees working from home.

In business since 2001, Pinnacle Security has provided security services solutions to nearly 250,000 people nationwide in the past three years alone.

"We have a high rate of satisfaction with our customers, and this expansion represents our latest step to ensure we provide the best customer service in the industry," said Kelly Walker, president of Pinnacle Security. "This expansion also facilitates the creation of several hundred new positions, allowing us to help with efforts to boost our local economy."

The call centre assists in the creation of new customer accounts, including scheduling technicians to install the security systems, as well as customer service, technical support, collections and other call centre functions. Recent technological investments will allow Pinnacle Security to better forecast its account entries and, therefore, staff the centre accordingly, reducing wait times and increasing responsiveness for its customers.

"We are investing in new technologies that will help us better track our work force, staff our call centre and forecast our customers' needs," said Steve Hafen, chief operating officer of Pinnacle Security. "With these systems in place, our services will be more streamlined and efficient, creating a significant benefit for our customers."

The new addition is expected to have a positive impact on overall customer satisfaction as Pinnacle continues to support its growing customer base.
