TSANet alliance membership for SteelEye Technologies.

SteelEye Technology : 17 April, 2008  (Company News)
Multi-vendor implementations now a possibility for SteelEye Technologies through membership of the TSANet alliance.
SteelEye Technology has joined TSANet (Technical Support Alliance Network), the industry's largest vendor-neutral support alliance. Within the community, SteelEye is a member of both the TSANet Classic and Mission Critical support groups. TSANet members are committed to excellence in the support of their customers whenever collaboration with another vendor is required.

As a leading provider of business continuity solutions that focus on data protection, data replication and disaster recovery, SteelEye's family of LifeKeeper solutions are designed to integrate into the most complex, multivendor IT infrastructures to inoculate an overall implementation from downtime.

Being a member of TSANet provides SteelEye with rapid, global support on a 24x7 basis, and ensures seamless cooperation and rapid escalation of any technological issues that could arise between SteelEye and other member vendors. This enhanced service and support results in maximum customer satisfaction, system uptime, and data availability.

'We're thrilled to be part of TSANet. The membership will not only enhance our customer service and support, but also provide us an opportunity to collaborate with other companies in a way that has not been done before. Working together with other industry giants and small organisations alike, we can be more efficient in solving problems and taking corrective action,' said Garrett Gafke, President and COO of SteelEye, Inc. 'In a highly competitive landscape, TSANet has done a great thing in creating an infrastructure that encourages companies to unite in their shared goal of meeting SLA commitments and assuring customer satisfaction.'

TSANet has more than a hundred software and hardware companies on its member roster including, Adobe, BMC Software, Dell, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Novell, Oracle, Symantec and Sun Microsystems.

'We are very pleased to welcome SteelEye to the TSANet support alliance' said Dennis Smeltzer, TSANet executive director. 'SteelEye is representative of the growing TSANet membership from different sectors of the industry and beyond traditional hardware and software vendors. As multivendor support continues to gain importance amongst IT customers, SteelEye will have an edge provided by the TSANet infrastructure.'
