Training Facility Expanded At Safeguard Site in Texas

Safeguard Security Holdings : 19 May, 2010  (Company News)
Safeguard is expanding its personal protection and undercover security training and classroom facilities in Dallas
Safeguard Security Holdings announces today that its subsidiary, SYSTEMSgroup Protective Services, is expanding its training and classroom facilities into a newly designed 10,000 square foot facility located adjacent to Safeguard's headquarters located in Dallas, Texas.

Michael Lagow, CEO for Safeguard, stated, "This expansion is part of our overall business plan to support our international business units and to allow multiple classes and training curriculums simultaneously. We will be supporting training for our Mexico, Columbian and Canadian operations, as well as developing additional support for our operations in the US, including specialized training for PPO and undercover security initiatives. This newly designed teaching facility exhibits the latest state-of-the-art training tools and teaching aids, including a full webinar broadcasting studio, allowing the classes to be broadcasted through our secured web channel programs."

Shelly Anderson, Vice President of Operations, added, "After completing the construction on our existing facility in December of last year, we realized, due to the increase in our international business, that our existing facility was too small to support our overall business operations. This newly designed facility allows our company to fully development multi-lingual training materials and teaching aids to support a variety of programs and becomes a significant profit centre for our business operations and will add approximately $100K in revenue monthly with a nice return on investment." Anderson also stated, "We have recently been approved as a certified teaching facility for the state of Texas and this allows our students to receive college credits for their study curriculum, further enhancing our reach into the training market for security initiatives."
