Teledyne TSS at International Maritime Exhibition

Teledyne TSS : 07 May, 2009  (New Product)
Exhibition in Singapore to cover DMS motions sensors from Teledyne TSS
Following the sale to the National Hydrographic Office of the Indian Navy for 25 DMS-25 Motion Sensors and Repeaters, Teledyne TSS, will be exhibiting at International Maritime and Defence Exhibition and Conference (IMDEX Asia 2009), in Singapore, from the 12th to the 14th May 2009.

You will find Teledyne TSS on stand Number: 910.

The Teledyne TSS range of DMS Motion Sensors have a dynamic roll and pitch accuracy to 0.05, depth rated to 3000m with optional 6000m. Incorporating an enhanced external velocity and heading aiding algorithm for improved accuracy during dynamic manoeuvres, the solid state angular rate sensors offer reliability in the highest performing vertical reference unit ever produced by TSS.

On show at IMDEX will be the MK31 Inertial Reference System which utilises an IMU based on proven ring laser gyros and accelerometers. An inertial navigation algorithm provides heading and attitude data for platform stabilisation or motion compensation to meet the needs of a wide range of commercial and defence customers seeking a cost-effective and reliable solution for their control system requirements.

Stand Manager Martyn Grange said: 'Following the success of MK31 with various navies in the Asia-Pacific region, we look forward to demonstrating the MK31 IRS to a range of new defence applications and prospective users.'
