Snap-On in customer service partnership with Carbon Motors
Carbon Motors and Snap-on announce a project to develop the service strategy for the Carbon E7, the world's first purpose-built law enforcement patrol vehicle.

"We have developed a world-class product for our country's 840,000 law enforcement first responders and we will back it with world-class customer service. We are honoured to welcome Snap-on to the team that will help deliver on that promise," stated William Santana Li, chairman and chief executive officer, Carbon Motors Corporation.

Additionally, Carbon Motors is announcing an extension of the 2009 Pure Justice Tour. At each stop on the Pure Justice Tour, Carbon Motors and Snap-on will host an interactive "Customer Service Summit" meeting, allowing fleet administrators, shop managers and technicians to help design various aspects of the service model with the joint Carbon Motors and Snap-on team. Over 3,400 Carbon Council members across all 50 US States helped successfully design the Carbon E7 vehicle and a similar approach will be taken in developing the service model.

"The Snap-on team was pleased to invite Carbon Motors to our new Innovation Works facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin where we discussed the future of homeland security and relevant shifts in automotive technology. Carbon Motors is pursuing an idea that can define new capability for first responders. Our mission at Snap-on is to deliver unique solutions to real people who do critical work. We're happy to lend our expertise in search of a better solution for law enforcement officers and those who support them," commented chairman and chief executive officer, Nick Pinchuk, Snap-on Incorporated.
