Simple Product Guide Available on Cross Match Website

Biometric Identity Management solutions from Cross Match can be easily navigated in product oriented new web site focussed on core markets in the biometrics industry including public safety and access control
Cross Match Technologies has introduced a new interactive Web site. The revamped Web presence was unveiled during the International Security Conference and Exhibition running March 23 - 26 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Las Vegas, Nevada. 'We wanted to introduce the Web site during the ISC West show because it attracts decision makers from our core markets, including: biometrics, public safety and access control. System integrators also attend the event, putting us in touch with many of our key customers,' remarks Bill Dumont, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Cross Match.

New and returning Web site visitors will notice an interactive 'Product Bar,' with a menu of biometric solutions that quickly guides customers to the products best suited to their individual security needs. 'Our livescan, mobile, facial recognition, iris capture and document scanning offerings are vast and the Product Bar is a slick way to introduce customers to all we have to offer,' notes Dumont.

Available in English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish, the Cross Match Impact Movie is featured on the Web site--showcasing customer success with Cross Match's biometric identity management solutions. In addition, an expanded training and support section of the site delivers a complete training schedule and full course descriptions to support customers. A comprehensive online store facilitates customer supply requests for fast and easy ordering. 'Our goal is to continue enhancing the customer experience and online ordering is a part of that. Expanded self-service options were a request that we heard from the field so it was a priority for us to incorporate that into the new Web site,' Dumont explains.
