Senior appointment at employee screening company

Private Eyes : 20 May, 2008  (Company News)
Chief Operating Officer to take responsibility for strategic direction and global performance at employee screening specialists, Private Eyes
Private Eyes has announced Debra Greenstein has been named chief operating officer.

In her role as COO, Greenstein's responsibilities include Private Eyes' strategic direction as well as overseeing the company's global business performance, including operations and employee relations.

Debra's vision of success at Private Eyes includes a working environment that employs the best practices and continues to promote the family friendly flexible workforce. Ms Greenstein notes, "The President Sandra James and I share the same vision about the growth and future of this company." This vision includes continuing the positive attitudes of employees that enjoy flextime, which overflows into outstanding customer service.

A California native, Debra attended San Francisco State University. After graduating, Debra worked in operations in the banking industry. In 1992, Ms Greenstein co-founded privately held Entrust Administration in Oakland, which evolved into a multi-million dollar company. Debra left active management in 2005, but says, "I have always been fascinated with the operations side of running a business. No matter where I go, I enjoy watching the flow of people at work. This happens even if I'm relaxing at a restaurant; I watch."
