SeeTec to embed ObjectVideo OnBoard analytics engine

ObjectVideo has announced an OEM partnership agreement with SeeTec, Europe's #2 in software for network based video surveillance. In a first-of-its-kind partnership, SeeTec will offer ObjectVideo OnBoard Video Analytics within their company's own video management software, SeeTec 5.
This type of partnership is made possible by ObjectVideo's multi-platform availability as a software ingredient, which enables partners like SeeTec to benefit from the expanded architecture flexibility and device options that are making it significantly easier to embed analytics throughout the video community.
SeeTec plans to initially target deployment in port and retail scenarios. By leveraging the OV Ready protocol within its applications, SeeTec can deploy Video Analytics as part of its total intelligent IP Video solution, or enable customers to plug in Edge devices hosting ObjectVideo analytics that are seamlessly managed by the SeeTec video management system.
