Security UAV Equipment On Display At Emergency Services Show in The UK

Air2Air : 05 November, 2010  (New Product)
Stonely Park in Coventry is the venue for this year's Emergency Services Show where Air2Air will be demonstrating the latest unmanned helicopter with high power electric motors and high levels of manoeuvrability for a range of applications in the security, law enforcement and emergency services industries
DraganFlyer UAV helicopters are being showcased at the Emergency Services Show this year at Stonely Park, Coventry on Wednesday 24th - Thursday 25th November.

The Air2Air DraganFlyer helicopters X4, X6 and X8 have a number of emergency and security capabilities such as infrared cameras, excellent manoeuvrability for challenging environments, tracking and remote surveillance for expansive searches, fast deployment for emergency situations and low noise brushless motors for stealth. All video and images are instantly available via camera glasses and laptop link to ensure accurate surveillance. The helicopters have also been used in the past for crime scene and RTA photography evidence.

The helicopters are extremely useful when searching over areas of water as the height eliminates light refraction, allowing the user to see through the water and detect something that wouldn't be noticed from standing on the water's edge.

Air2Air will be showcasing its new helicopter, the DraganFlyer X8, which utilises eight main rotor blades that allow it to hover efficiently and manoeuvre rapidly using differential thrust. The eight, high power electric motors also allow the X8 to carry a heavier and more advanced payload than the X6 and X4 as well as offering more safety features than ever before.
