eServices enables customers for the first time to access real time, unedited information on their accounts from anywhere in the world, 24/7*. This approach allows customers to gain invaluable and immediate security information, including the products installed, service call reports, any comments made on the system and service.
Stanley’s eServices encompass a full portfolio of online management tools including eAccountManager, eDataManager, eAudioManager, eAccessManager and eVideoManager for maximum convenience.
At the heart of the system is eAccountManager, a real-time, online portal detailing the current status, history and documentation on installations, service repairs, billing and overall account management. To manage this data to the fullest extent, eDataManager enables instant viewing of real-time information on alarm incidents and alarm tests, as well as enabling you to request service calls online and manage your access and contact list with real-time editing.
Information on monitored access control, CCTV and audio alarm verification system installations are all accessible using Stanley’s eAccessManager, eVideoManager and eAudioManager respectively. eAccessManager is a centrally managed access control service that puts Stanley in charge of all of the tasks of managing a customer’s access control system, freeing up their time. eVideoManager allows Stanley’s full-spectrum of Video Monitoring services, which includes alarm verification, open and close supervision, guard tour, live viewing and auditing services, to be accessed online, as well creating activity reports and associated video clips. eAudioManager is a premium online service for Sonitrol® Audio Impact technology customers, providing access to audio intrusion activity information.
