Apriva will display its latest mobile commerce innovations at Money2020, which will take place October 6-10 at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Apriva will be located at booth 117 throughout the exhibition.
“Money2020 has rapidly become one of the most reputable and well attended events in mobile commerce,” said Stacey Finley Tappin, the company’s senior vice president of sales and marketing communications for North America. “It provides a great opportunity for Apriva to showcase our market leading innovations, which continue to deliver real value to providers, merchants and consumers that are looking to leverage the multiple benefits associated with mobile commerce. We have every reason to believe that our latest offerings will continue to resonate with providers and merchants that are attending Money2020.”
AprivaPay Plus is an intuitive, user-friendly application that enables merchants to process card-based payments, as well as record cash-based sales. The application allows iOS and Android devices to act as mobile point-of-sale terminals, where merchants can set sales tax rates and incorporate tipping right into the app, providing convenience for customers, and ensuring that all income is properly recorded and distributed. AprivaPay Plus also integrates a search feature that facilitates specific transaction retrieval, as well as an easy-to-use configuration tool that allows merchants to leverage bar codes and images to create specific inventory groups to expedite sales. AprivaPay Plus can be white labeled by financial institutions, merchant services providers and retailers, enabling these businesses to easily deploy their own branded mobile payment acceptance solutions into the marketplace.
In addition, Apriva will highlight its Apriva POS Universal Application at the Money2020 event, which allows merchant services providers to deliver compliance and feature updates to disparate terminal families simultaneously. The application has a common interface and functionality across multiple terminal families and communications technologies, simplifying what was once an expensive and cumbersome process. Through small push updates delivered at settlement time, merchant services providers can update combinations of dial, wireless and IP terminals in less than five minutes, compared to current methods which may take as much as 40 minutes for dial terminals. Merchants can receive these updates without taking their terminals offline, mitigating any disruption to their business.
