Courion is holding a free Webinar for managing access control in a cloud computing environment
Courion have announced that Kurt Johnson, vice president of corporate development, will lead a Web seminar on January 28 aimed at enterprises that want to develop an effective strategy for "Access Assurance in the Cloud."

As organisations increasingly consider moving mission-critical applications and data onto cloud-based platforms, they must first ensure that they can apply the same level of Access Assurance required for internal applications. Johnson will outline best practices for managing user identity and access across cloud-based environments such as who is responsible for managing identities, how do you ensure the right access is available, and what is the proper mix of preventative and detective controls to ensure a secure cloud environment.
