RemGuard incentive to NetVu Connected users

RemGuard Visual Management, : 18 September, 2009  (New Product)
Dedicated Micros NetVu Connected surveillance users are being targeted by Remguard to use the sister company's remote monitoring services with incentive packages being offered
RemGuard incentive to NetVu Connected users
Remotely monitored CCTV provider RemGuard Visual Management - part of AD Group - announces that over the next 12 months it is planning to dramatically increase the number of commercial and domestic sites monitored, which feature compatible NetVu Connected equipment from its sister company Dedicated Micros, with RemGuard anticipating at least a 100% growth in this type of connection.

Sites being targeted by RemGuard, to link-up to its BS8418 compliant Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC), include those across the UK which already have NetVu Connected systems, such as the DV-IP Server, SD Range and DS2, as part of their existing CCTV infrastructure - an installed base which runs into thousands. A special incentive package is available for NetVu Connected installers who offer the RemGuard Service to their customers, specifically, for every new site they connect to RemGuard's RVRC via a NetVu Connected system they are eligible for cash back of up to £600 (depending on the duration of the monitoring agreement signed by the end user - £600 for three years and £200 for one).

Once signed up to RemGuard's remotely monitored, detector activated, CCTV service - with detectors and CCTV cameras installed across a site - new customers will be able to take advantage of the proven potential of the service to detect intruders at the earliest possible stage, before a crime has actually been committed, and also to issue verbal warnings and to secure a priority police response.

Said Alan Collinge, Operations Director at RemGuard: 'We believe that installers will be attracted by the ability to offer added value to their installations, giving the user the piece of mind that their premises are being monitored by a BS8418 compliant service. Given the compatibility of the RemGuard service with a wide range of Dedicated Micros' NetVu Connected systems, and the large number of prospective customers out there, it is entirely realistic to expect that we will be able to at least double our connections from these sites in very near future. It certainly also makes sense for end users, in these economically tough times, to be able to maximise the benefits of their current CCTV solution by adopting remotely monitored, detector activated CCTV, with their Dedicated Micros' system acting as the high performance transmission equipment.'
