Random Password Manager Takes Press Award

Lieberman Software : 30 April, 2010  (New Product)
Military Embedded Systems magazine chooses Random Password Manager from Lieberman Software for Editor's Choice Award
Lieberman Software has announced that Military Embedded Systems magazine has selected Random Password Manager for its coveted Editor's Choice award for the March/April edition of Military Embedded Systems magazine.

Government and private industry organizations use Random Password Manager to control privileged account access by updating, storing, and allowing audited recovery of every local account password in the multi-platform enterprise. It helps organizations reduce the threat of data breaches, reduce time-intensive manual administration processes for the IT staff, and comply with the privileged account control and auditing requirements of major regulatory compliance mandates.

Chris Ciufo, OpenSystems Media Group Editorial Director and Editor of Military Embedded Systems magazine, selected Random Password Manager after the product received the U.S. Army's Certificate of Networthiness (CoN), a requirement for all enterprise software products that operate in the Army Enterprise Infrastructure network. Among the qualifying attributes considered for the Editor's Choice Award are uniqueness, technical relevance, the product's problem-solving ability, and comparison to competitive offerings.

"I applaud Lieberman Software for its achievement with Random Password Manager," said Ciufo. "Having products that meet federal and defense security standards, such as the Army's CoN, is critical to the protection of our nation's cyber assets."

Random Password Manager is featured in Military Embedded Systems magazine's March/April 2010 issue.
