UK security company celebrates new staff qualification and the receipt of ISO 9001:2008 quality certification
Quality certification received by Lincoln Security

Lincoln Security is an independent provider of bespoke and security solutions and has recently been certified to the International Quality System ISO 9001:2008 following a detailed, independent audit commissioned by BRE Global.
 
With a nationwide operation, Lincoln Security provides electronic and mechanical security solutions to clients individual requirements, the certification of ISO 9001:2008 further reinforces the Company’s commitment to meet and exceed customer expectations at all times.

The certification covers all processes and procedures operated by the company and will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service through the effective application of its management systems.
 
Commenting on the certification, Graham Pipes –Health & Safety and Quality Advisor at Lincoln Security said “We are delighted to become ISO 9001:2008 certified; this is recognition of the Company’s commitment to provide the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.”

The company is also celebrating the fact that Harry Mathieson, a Bench Locksmith & Retail Sales Advisor has gained a pass at level one on the Guild of Architectural Ironmongery (GAI) course. The GAI diploma is the only recognised programme in the UK that leads to a qualification in ironmongery specification (Reg AI).

Harry Mathieson has successfully completed level one of the three year course gaining an understanding of products including their properties and standards. Harry will be able to provide customers who visit our High Street store with his knowledge and assist with the specification of products.   

Jason Healy, Sales Director at Lincoln Security, who as well as studying for the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers three-year diploma was also presented with the Guild’s bronze medal in his final year commented: “We are very proud of Harry for his accomplishment and wish him and the other members of the team studying for the diploma every success during the next phase of the course.”
