Two of the most high profile members of the security community are merging their security consultancy businesses. Mike O'Neill (of Greymans) and Professor Martin Gill of (Perpetuity Consultancy) have formed Optimal Risk Group.
The aim of Optimal is to become an international focal point for the effective delivery of risk and security consultancy. Mike O'Neill who will be the Managing Director of Optimal Risk said:

Merging two great businesses provides a unique opportunity for Optimal Risk to become the definitive risk and security consultancy."
Professor Martin Gill reflecting on the 'rare opportunity' stated: "We see direct benefits for clients in the ability to draw upon a broader range of skill sets, as well as more services and products. The new business will include all the work of Greymans and all the security consultancy work of Perpetuity Consultancy (Perpetuity Training and Perpetuity Research will remain separate but collaborate with Optimal Risk as appropriate).
