Payne Security adds strength to sales and marketing team

Two key appointments at Payne Security strengthens its commitment to business development into new markets for smart cards
Payne Security has made two new appointments to help fuel its growth as a leading provider of card solutions. Michael Moorey becomes the company's first Sales Development Manager for Smart Cards, while Nikki Knight has joined as Sales Manager - National Accounts.

Michael Moorey's recruitment from Burall InfoSmart confirms Payne Security's commitment to personalised ITSO smart card technology, following the recent joint success with Burall's in supplying cards for the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS).

Payne Security and Burall InfoSmart continue to work in partnership on the ENCTS project. Michael will now build on his initial efforts with the Payne Security team to develop new business for its revolutionary card production processes, using its volume digital print and encoding capability.

"Michael impressed us with his determination to win business, and so it was almost a natural process for him to join Payne Security, as its first dedicated senior sales person for this important market sector," reflects Mark Palmer, Managing Director of Payne Security.

The appointment of Nikki Knight builds further Payne Security's Business Development team's drive into new card markets, and she is entrusted with developing both existing national and trade accounts and exploring new opportunities for Payne Security's state-of-the-art digital printing capabilities.

Nikki joins the company from Alaric Systems where she was the Marketing Manager and was involved in developing relationships and communications with partners and third parties as well as executing corporate marketing strategy. Prior to that, Nikki was Business Development Manager with ID Data Systems, where she was focused on delivering sales in to the printed plastic card market.

"Nikki has an HNC in Business Management and comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in the plastic card market," confirms Mark Palmer. "Both Nikki's and Michael's recruitments emphasise our drive for growth in the card market built on the high-speed, industrial-scale card printing and personalisation service we can now offer customers."
