HGH Infrared Systems : 09 September, 2008  (New Product)
360 degree panoramic detector with rotating head enables complete scene scanning on megapixel infra red camera from HGH Infrared Systems
Panoramic megapixel IR camera on show at ASIS
HGH Infrared Systems will be launching their new IR Revolution 360 at ASIS International in Atlanta, GA, September 15-17, 2008. The panoramic security infrared (IR) camera features a 20-degree vertical and 360-degree horizontal FOV panoramic detector with an unprecedented 3 million pixels (10,000 x 288). Delivering extremely high resolution via the rotating head that scans a complete, 360-degree rotation per second, HGH's advanced surveillance camera includes an auto detection and motion tracking alarm and area-of-interest zoom.

The real-time, IR camera system is designed to replace multi-camera perimeter security systems. It can detect a human from a distance of 1 to 3 km, even in total darkness, through fog, smoke or hazy atmospheric conditions. The new IR Revolution 360 offers an ultra-wide panoramic field of view, ideal for coastal and border surveillance, airport security, search and rescue, air traffic monitoring, force protection, early detection of forest fires, and oil or pollutant detection on water.

The system's small footprint makes it easy to mount atop a vehicle, on a building or boat, or on any stationary structure. The camera can be set up and fully operational within minutes, without the need for manual object orientation.

For a demonstration and more information about this revolutionary new infrared panoramic camera system, please visit: HGH Infrared Systems' Booth # 4559 at ASIS International
