NFC and Mobile Payments Discussion To Take Place At GITEX in Dubai

Datacard Group will be participating at  GITEX Technology Week, October 14th – 18th, 2012 in Dubai, booth in Hall 2, stand F2-1.

Datacard Group will be showcasing its platform of integrated products and solutions that help organizations worldwide issue and personalize millions of financial cards and identification documents each day.  During the show, visitors will have the opportunity to see demonstrations of applications for government, financial and other markets. This includes the company’s ID solutions; integrated financial instant issuance software and hardware portfolio; as well as its government desktop passport solutions.

In addition, Sebastien Tormos, director of mobile solutions business development for Datacard Group, will be presenting on a panel discussion titled “Will NFC & e-Wallets End Up Replacing Traditional Bank Cards?” on October 15th at 2:30 p.m.   The session will focus on the nature of the mobile payments ecosystem and provide a collaborative discussion on trends in the industry.
