Mobile Sentry One event threat detection unit

Building Protection Systems (BPSI) : 27 July, 2009  (New Product)
BPSI has launched the Mobile Sentry One, a trailer mounted detection system for CBRN threats designed for use at events where fixed installations are impractical
Mobile Sentry One event threat detection unit
Since the 1996 bombing at Centennial Park during the Atlanta Olympic Games terrorism experts and first responders have been concerned about securing large events, not only from explosives, but from an airborne toxic chemical, radiological or biological release or targeted attack. BPSI, the developers of the first complete building protection system to actively and reliably protect buildings and their occupants from airborne toxins, has completed testing and is ready to launch its new mobile trailer CBRN detection system. The Mobile Sentry One was developed at the request of various law enforcement agencies for the protection of VIP's at events while in their cities.

Until now there has not been a reliable detection system that could be easily placed outdoors at a special event. BPSI's trailer mounted system transitioned the proven technology perfected in their Building Sentry One building protection system to create a portable system that actively detects and identifies dangerous toxins in seconds, can automatically activate the desired protocol, and continues feeding real time data to security and first responders so they can take appropriate countermeasures to protect the event crowd and VIP's.
