ISO quality standard certification for Dycon

Security control and communication equipment supplier achieves certification to the latest ISO 9001 quality standard
In line with the company's policy of putting quality first, and as a means of demonstrating their commitment to supplying the best products as well as ensuring that the customer service levels provided exceed customers' expectations, Dycon are pleased to announce that they are now certified to the new ISO 9001:2008 quality standard.

This certifies that Dycon operates a quality management system complying with the ISO 9001:2008 requirements for the following scope: Design, sale and manufacture of security control and communication equipment.

BS EN ISO9001:2008 is the widest category of quality management systems within the ISO 9000 series, and relates to the model for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing.

The ISO 9001:2008 quality standard, which is recognised in over 150 countries, helps companies work towards business excellence and reflects today's best business practices. It specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization

* needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

* aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
