Investor In People Award For Trustmarque

Distributor Trustmarque is celebrating being awarded with the UK's Investors in People standard
Value Added Reseller (VAR) Trustmarque Solutions has been accredited with the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) Standard following a recent assessment, demonstrating its commitment to employees and establishing a solid best practice foundation.



Trustmarque Solutions now joins an impressive group of 30,000 organisations that are recognised with the standard across the country, meaning it is now eligible to use and display the sought after Investors in People logo as well as enjoy the benefits that IIP brings to employees.



Initially developed to help organisations to gain a competitive advantage following the recession in the 1980s, IIP is a practical, flexible framework that delivers organisational improvement through people. It has grown to become the UK's leading people management standard and has added value to over a third of UK organisations by helping them to proactively achieve their objectives and move towards high performance working practices, which in turn creates enhanced operational efficiencies.

With more than 130 employees, Trustmarque Solutions has been established for over 20 years and is now one of the UK’s largest value added resellers.
