Integrated security management system platform

MAXxess Systems : 06 November, 2009  (New Product)
With the release of eFusion software, Maxxess provides a capability for enabling sophisticated integrated security management systems
Integrated security management system platform

Maxxess Systems has staked a claim for a major share of the security management software solution market with the launch of its second generation eFusion software platform. eFusion Version 2.0 comprises ten separate software modules which individually are able to address specific security issues. When working together they provide a sophisticated global integrated security management software solution. “eFusion provides users with a business advantage as it allows them to respond quickly to events, make more informed decisions, make better use of manpower and share information throughout their organisation, whilst dramatically cutting their security costs,†said Lee Copland. Managing Director of Maxxess Systems EMEA. eFusion has been designed to transparently adapt to individual user’s evolving requirements with individual modules introduced as new needs or threats emerge. Among the eFusion modules is ViewPoint which allows users to display video from multiple sources on one master display regardless of the CCTV equipment manufacturer. Axis, Bosch, Cieffe/March, Cisco, Dedicated Micros, Geutebruck, Pelco, Samsung Techwin, Sony and Vicon are just a few of the countless manufacturers whose protocols have been integrated with the ViewPoint. Integrator is a particularly useful module as it gives system integrators a powerful but easy to use software tool to facilitate integration of non-security systems. “One of the key benefits of eFusion is that it equips system integrators with the ability to reduce their clients’ operating costs whilst at the same time getting the maximum out of existing security systems. It also ensures seamless migration to new technologies,†added Lee Copland. “eFusion will provide our growing network of authorised dealers with a competitive edge and an opportunity to deliver added-value to clients at a time when budgets for security may be stretched.â€Â
