Increased Choice Available on Visitor Management System

Visitor Pass Solutions : 30 April, 2010  (New Product)
Visitor Pass Solutions from Data Management have been expanded to enable improved flexibility in defining visitor management systems
Data Management has expanded its Visitor Pass Solutions product line to match any budget or needs a client may have. Whether they use a visitor management system that's hand-written or computerized, we now offer more choices to identify visitors in any type of environment.

The new TAB-Expiring Visitor Pass uses a patented right fold-over tab to initiate a chemical process that causes the badge to change color over night. A red "VOID" shows the badge is no longer valid, preventing visitors from re-entering facilities without registering each day. In addition, the badge worn by departing visitors no longer has to be collected and accounted for. Until now, activating the color-changing process of expiring badges required assembling two or more pieces, which wastes time, costs more, and discourages proper use. Our TAB-Expiring with enhanced technology requires NO assembly.

Though a manual system, the TAB-Expiring Visitor Pass is ideal for working in conjunction with electronic Visitor Management Systems (VMS). While video cameras can detect people coming and going, they can't distinguish between authorized and unauthorized personnel unless the people are wearing a badge.

Its simplified one-step activation process makes the TAB-Expiring Visitor Pass the "next generation" of self-expiring visitor badges, which were invented in 1981 by David Haas, PhD who has partnered with Data Management of Farmington to produce and market his new invention.

Data Management has been recognized by the District Administration Magazine's Readers Choice Top 100 Products for 2008, and, in January 2010, was awarded the US Department of Commerce Export Achievement Certificate for expanding into overseas markets.
