Datanomic has added dn:Director for HR to its list of products enabling HR Directors to build single view of employees from different sources
Compliance and data management specialists, Datanomic, has announced the availability of its dn:Director for HR solution, designed specifically to assist Global Human Resources (HR) Directors and their teams to quickly and easily resolve errors in their employee data and build an accurate 'Single View of Employee' (SVE). Bringing data from multiple discrete and often incompatible systems, the SVE created by dn:Director for HR ensures fit-for-purpose data underpins the organisation's business critical applications, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Talent Management and Human Capital Management (HCM), maximising system ROI, talent retention and employee performance.

A large enterprise recognises that the success of its HR initiatives rely heavily on the accuracy of its employee data, including name, National Insurance/Social Security number, benefits and tax coding, compensation and job title details. Data can be highly fragmented, held in multiple systems across an organisation, in differing formats, can be structured or unstructured, owned and maintained by individual business units or the IT department. As a consequence, often there is a lack of overall employee data visibility or a 'single view', which can lead to a myriad of costly and time-consuming complications for the enterprise, potentially resulting in misallocation of resources or financial irregularities such as staff overpayments.
