Gem Distribution, one of the largest hardware, software and gaming distributors in the UK, has announced the addition of Y-cam, creators of the unique HomeMonitor system, to its already healthy vendor portfolio.
Providing security and lifestyle Wi-Fi cameras, Y-cam delivers a simple solution to constantly monitor the important things in life; whether that’s making sure a child is home safe, checking on an elderly relative or providing home security.
The new Y-cam HomeMonitor service runs through a personal online account without the need for a computer, delivering superb picture quality, greater control and advanced features like motion detection, alerts, recording footage and night vision.
The exclusive distribution agreement between Y-cam and Gem strengthens Gem’s offering in the camera and monitoring sector, giving customers an ideal solution without the hefty price tag.
