High frequency RFID reader with bluetooth

Daily RFID : 11 December, 2009  (New Product)
The DL990 mini-reader is a hand held HF RFID reader with bluetooth for wireless data transfer to smartphones for real time tracking and location
Daily RFID, a Chinese producer of RFID tags and RFID readers, has launched a 13.56MHz version of wireless Bluetooth RFID reader DL990. It is designed to offer wireless data transfer via the Bluetooth connection for low-cost mobile RFID application.

With bluetooth technology, the handheld Bluetooth RFID reader eliminates the need for a wired connection between the RFID reader and the central database, as well as cutting down the cost. It can work with WinCE 5.0 or Windows Mobile 5.0/6.0 based smart phones or PDAs. And inExcel/Word/Notepad keyboard wedge, data can be automatically updated and viewed in real-time mode through any kind of text editors on PCs or PDAs.

The palm-sized Bluetooth HF RFID Reader is small (82mm x52.3mmx25.8mm), but extremely robust. And the reader DL990 can read and write 13.56MHz high frequency RFID tags (ISO 14443A/B or ISO15693) for proximity RFID application.

In addition to the ease of use, the wireless Bluetooth based RFID devices have a long battery life - continuously reads tags up to 6000 times per charge. The HF Bluetooth enabled reader is widely used in real time location tracking, especially in logistics, security, finance, railway and mobile RFID applications.
