Head of Sales and Marketing joins Trustmarque

Expert in growth in B2B marketing environments joins Trustmarque as Sales and Marketing Director
Trustmarque Solutions has appointed Angelo Di Ventura as the new Group Sales and Marketing Director.

Di Ventura comes to Trustmarque from NASDAQ listed, global IT reseller Insight, where he was Senior Vice President in charge of sales, marketing and operations across the UK and Ireland. Di Ventura is a highly experienced professional and brings with him a successful and impressive track record in driving and managing fast growth within the B2B technology sector. As part of this role he will be charged with leading the transformation of Trustmarque into a services-led organisation and developing the Trustmarque brand.

Di Ventura comments: "Trustmarque is looking to make a complete change to its business model, moving from a transactional to a more value-based business. I am absolutely thrilled to be joining such a dynamic and ambitious organisation with a brand that is clearly respected by it clients and partners. As we take Trustmarque through this journey we will be retraining our sales teams and evolving new messaging to enhance the Trustmarque brand. I am looking forward to and excited by the challenge ahead."

Di Ventura has a proven track record in strategic change management and a wealth of experience in the software reseller market. Over the years he has developed strong relationships with key vendors as well as an outstanding sales record, securing high-value deals in both the commercial and the Public sector.

Scott Haddow, CEO for Trustmarque, comments: "Throughout Angelo's career he has clearly demonstrated strategic leadership qualities, developing highly effective initiatives which have stimulated significant growth within the organisations he has been a part of. He has a long-standing history of providing name-brand software, hardware and services to businesses and the Public Sector, and has worked as a Microsoft Large Account Reseller (LAR). He therefore comes to the job with a solid knowledge of Trustmarque's core business and will be able to hit the ground running.

We are changing our proposition, expanding into new markets through growing our services and consultancy business and this needs a skilled sales and marketing person to execute it. Angelo has direct experience of managing such a process, having lead and directed the strategic transformation of Insight's UK business from pure transactional model to a Solutions Provider. He was therefore a natural selection to lead Trustmarque into the next phase of its growth."
