HD Megapixel Camera Series Compliant with PSIA and ONVIF
IQinVision has unveiled the IQeye 7 Series H.264 indoor camera series.

ONVIF and PSIA compliant, the IQeye 7 Series is a full-featured, multi-megapixel H.264 Main Profile indoor camera. With support for up to 5 MP resolutions, this next generation camera provides multiple, individually-configured H.264 and simultaneous MJPEG streams. Designed with the installer in mind, analog video out along with remote back focus makes for fast, easy installation. The One-Touch-Focus feature allows fine focus adjustment from a remote computer, eliminating the need for manual focus adjustments at the camera and resulting in trouble-free, crystal clear images.

The 7 Series camera supports Power-over-Ethernet or can be powered directly by AC or DC power. Featuring a moveable IR filter for day and night functionality, the new cameras provide image controls for optimization of video for any lighting condition. Two-way audio allows for interactive communication between the camera and monitoring site. The external on-camera SDHC memory expansion port, in combination with IQrecorder or Direct-To-Storage recording, makes the 7 Series a flexible, stand-alone recording platform ideal for motion-based recording or remote monitoring.

“The 7 Series represents a new ‘higher bar’ with regard to megapixel IP cameras,” said Ed Suski, IQinVision VP and Chief Technology Officer. “Along with a new exciting form factor, options like POE or direct power, day/night capability, two-way audio, on-camera storage combined with Direct-To-Storage, H.264 Main Profile, analog out, and remote back focus, make the 7 Series one of the most feature rich solutions for the price on the market today.  And all that functionality is backed by IQinVision’s industry-leading reliability, customer support, and unmatched ease of installation.”

The IQeye 7 Series line of cameras will begin shipping on March 5th. See the 7 Series and all of IQinVision’s HD megapixel solutions at the ISC West Conference and Exhibition, booth #5121, March 28-30 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
