For the first time ever, the Global Security Challenge global finals will take place as part of PitchLive, two days of pitches, prizes, expert workshops and an expo. PitchLive will take place on 24 & 25 October at the Business Design Centre in London, UK.
It will combine the finals of the Global Security Challenge, Cyber Security Challenge & Energy Security Challenge, and will feature the launch of our first ever Medical Technology Challenge.
What’s changed from last year?
1 More high-quality pitches: In addition to GSC & CSC finalists, we’ll feature other innovative product pitches, grouped by topic for your convenience
2 More interaction between innovators and investors: Our expert workshops are an informal way for startups and SMEs to benefit from the first-hand experience of successful entrepreneurs (including GSC alumni), investors and industry leaders.
3 More diversity: While security topics will dominate in day 2, day 1 will combine energy & health innovations with expert workshops relevant to all hi-tech startups. Attending or setting up a stand on day one as well is a cost-effective way to expose yourself to innovations and investors from outside your traditional circle.

1 Incredible innovations from our finalists: GSC 2011 received a record number of entries, and we’re looking forward to announcing the regional finalists at the beginning of August
2 Unique networking opportunities: With a strong list of VC funds, industry and government representation already confirmed, PitchLive will offer unbeatable networking opportunities throughout the course of the two days.
