Authenware : 11 June, 2010  (Company News)
President of Authenware to address Security and Risk Management summit on the use of keystroke biometric technology as a means of strengthening access management to IT resources
AuthenWare has announced that one of its executives will speaking at the forthcoming Gartner Security and Risk Management Summit 2010. AuthenWare is a Platinum sponsor of the three-day event, which will be held on June 21 - 23 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, in National Harbor, MD (Washington, DC area).

The theme of this year's program is creating, implementing, and managing a proactive and comprehensive IT strategy for information security, risk management, compliance, and business continuity management.

Tom Helou, AuthenWare's President and COO, will present a solution provider session entitled "Strengthening Access Management with AuthenWare's Advanced Keystroke Dynamics Software Solution." Mr Helou will discuss the need for strong security, the pros and cons of second-factor authentication, and will share important guidance for why many existing approaches are impractical. Through customer case-study examples, attendees will learn how AuthenWare Keystroke Dynamics decreases system and application vulnerability. The session will be held on Wednesday, June 23, from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. in the Potomac Ballroom 1.

Additionally, AuthenWare experts will be available throughout the conference to demonstrate the company's innovative second-factor keystroke dynamics technologies. They will be located at Booth "A" in the conference's Solution Showcase.

The solution provider case study session is open to all conference attendees.
