Free Technical Support For UK Clients

Users of the Vipre IT security products from Sunbelt Software in the UK now have access to a free call number product support hotline
Sunbelt Software is providing its UK customers with free technical support. A UK industry first, Sunbelt Software now offers support for its Vipre product family to UK customers via a 0800 freefone number so no additional charges are incurred when calling to obtain technical support.

Sunbelt Software already has an extensive technical support knowledge base on its website that answers the most common questions, but the need to provide personalised technical support is still a core requirement to resolve customer issues. Many antivirus companies have customer service numbers but these often use non-geographic local and national rate numbers, or premium rate numbers, which would incur a significant charge on a customer's phone bill if called. Sunbelt Software's free UK support line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

"Technical support is an integral part to any business and it is unfortunate how many companies charge either a local rate or a premium service for customers to get the assistance they need and deserve," said David Parkin, sales director EMEA for Sunbelt Software. "We have an extensive knowledge base on our website, but customers who can't find the information they are looking for can rest assured that any support issues can be addressed quickly with a live technical support representative."
