Free Battery Offer On Active Beam Detectors

ADI Global Distribution : 20 June, 2011  (New Product)
Wireless beam detector products from Optex will be supplied to installers with free batteries throughout June by ADI Global Distribution

ADI Global Distribution launches a joint promotion with Optex, a manufacturer of detectors, on the AX-TFR wireless beam products. Throughout June, ADI is offering free batteries for the 60m AX-200TF and AX-200TFRTI range to all installers.

“Optex has seen a dramatic increase in demand for active beams last year as installers of external detection systems insisted upon improved performance and cost efficiency,” says Paul Nicholas, Optex Divisional Manager. “The introduction of the battery powered Optex active beams provides a solution to both these requirements.”

The reduction in surveying time, civil works and associated labour, as well as the ease of integration with other systems, are just some of the reasons the AX-200TFRTI range has such potential. The Optex AXTFR range utilises active beam technology to create a flexible detection solution that delivers defined detection capability and reliable performance.

“We are delighted with the wireless offering on active beams,” adds Julie Hartley, Intruder Product Manager at ADI Global Distribution UK. “They are a great addition to the current wired product range and give the flexibility to install beams where previously it would not have been possible.”
