TimeSight Systems has announced that Geoff Lapres has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. A senior executive with more than 15 years technology industry experience in finance, operations and business strategy, Lapres will oversee TimeSight Systems' financial management and administrative business processes.

"Geoff brings a wealth of talent both in finance and in business leadership," said Charles Foley, Chairman and CEO, TimeSight Systems. "We are confident his broad expertise will contribute to our company's continued growth."

As CFO, Lapres expands an existing management team of seasoned veterans known for its focus on producing innovative technology and delivering world-class results. In addition, Lapres served as vice president of Finance at INRANGE Technologies, where he was instrumental in taking the company through a very successful Initial Public Offering in 2000.

"The tremendous level of optimism, energy and passion for excellence at TimeSight was a major factor in my decision to take on this opportunity," said Lapres. "Given TimeSight's track record of innovation, outstanding people and proven ability to create value, the opportunities that lie ahead are nearly limitless."
