Exos 9300 time and attendance for Robert Bosch

Kaba Ltd : 04 September, 2008  (Application Story)
UK electrical equipment manufacturer chooses time and attendance system from Kaba for controlling access and time for 800 employees
A time and attendance solution can help a company maximise efficiency by controlling personnel management, one of its biggest costs.

Six years ago Robert Bosch chose Kaba’s Exos solution to secure part of their premises. Last year, Robert Bosch chose to expand the Kaba Exos solution to cover more areas of their Denham site and include a time and attendance facility that was required to monitor and assist its 800 employees. This enables an accurate recording of all user actions, reader registrations and status changes maximising timekeeping, attendance and contributing significantly to overall company efficiency.

Robert Bosch Ltd have been manufacturing and exporting in industries as diverse as Automotive Technology right through to Power Tools and Household Appliances for almost 100 years and house the majority of Bosch’s UK sales and distribution activities at their UK headquarters in Denham, Buckinghamshire.

Kaba have recently completed the installation expanding on the six original access points to now include a further eighteen access controlled doors as well as a variety of readers and locks. The project was completed with the implementation of two new car park barriers for their main gate together with a half height pedestrian turnstile and a manually operated gate.

The online monitoring provided by Exos 9300 ensures that the entire system is evident at all times and makes it an optimal choice for companies operating an access control for one or more users.
