iovation, provider of the world's first device reputation service for preventing online fraud and abuse, announces its newest partnership with e-commerce solutions provider Yvanto.
Yvanto makes the process of accepting online financial transactions streamlined and secure for online businesses across the globe. By adding iovation ReputationManager to its suite of fraud prevention services, Yvanto will be able to make use of iovation's shared device reputation database of more than 180 million unique device reputations to block cybercriminals and identify activity consistent with fraudulent behaviour.
According to Yvanto co-founder Michel Kreidi, "Not only is iovation's device recognition and reputation technology the best out there, there is simply no way we could replicate the database of device history information that they manage. We know our customers will benefit greatly with this addition to our service."
To kick-off the new partnership, Rich Orcutt, iovation's head of special markets, will join Kreidi in hosting a fraud strategy seminar for online merchants taking place on December 10th in Toronto. Kreidi and Orcutt will describe the most common types of fraud, current methods used by cybercriminals and time- and money-saving strategies to protect businesses against online fraud and abuse.
