Dedicated Micros - part of AD Group - has launched a special
introductory promotion targeted at purchasers of any model from its new,
feature-packed, SD Range of DVRs.
For the period of the offer UK customers will receive £100 off the
normal trade price for every SD Range unit purchased. There is also an
additional incentive for larger orders with buyers of multiples of three
units being eligible for a free Dennard 2060 precision outdoor dome
camera which normally has a trade price of over £1000.
The three-month SD Range promotion starts this month (August) and covers
all orders received until the closing date of the offer which is 31
October 2007.
Launched at IFSEC 2007, the plug and play SD Range has been well
received by the industry and is targeted primarily at small to medium
sized businesses. Available in 4, 8, 12, 16 and 32 channel variants it
features 'Normal, Medium and Low' default recording settings which
provide consistent recording performance per camera - regardless of the
number of cameras - and easy to use pre-set storage configurations of
14, 30 and 60 days.
Another major step forward with the SD Range is that selected models are
Analytics Capable - believed to be a first in the mid-range CCTV market.
Analytics packages are now readily available through a simple software
and hardware licence upgrade in association with Dedicated Micros'
sister company D-Tec.
Other features incorporated into the SD Range include: soft key menus
and an onscreen GUI (Graphic User Interface) operated from the IR
Remote, an attached SD keyboard, USB mouse or USB keyboard, remote alarm
reporting, text support (for POS transactions), a MultiMode Recording
capability and coax and serial telemetry.
