Customer service development brief for new VP

New Vice President of Service at Lensec to develop customer service programs at US educational surveillance system supplier.
LenSec announces the appointment of Donna Kraker as Vice President of Service effective December 17, 2007. In this role, Ms Kraker is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of customer service strategies and programs for LenSec. In addition, she will create internal programs to support LenSec employee talents, which complement overall corporate missions and values.

"LenSec already enjoys a solid reputation for great customer service in the marketplace," said Keith Drummond, LenSec Chief Executive Officer. "I am excited about this opportunity for Ms Kraker to further build upon LenSec's exceptional reputation by leading efforts to create an environment and culture of superior customer service that is unrivaled in the video surveillance market."

Ms Kraker comes to LenSec with an extensive background in customer service, public relations, and community affairs. Most recently, she held a senior role at Administaff, where she was responsible for developing and aligning service delivery strategies to meet customer goals.

She graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in psychology and is based at LenSec's Houston, Texas headquarters.
