Call Centre Unified Communication Protection Partnership

Datapoint and Sipera Systems have joined forces in offering enhanced unified communications protection to call centre operators
Sipera Systems has announced that Datapoint, a communication systems integrator for businesses, has joined the Sipera Partner Network as a Silver Level Reseller. By doing so, Datapoint is now certified to deploy Sipera's UC security solutions to call centre customers, supporting their efforts to meet Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliance deadlines, set by major credit card companies throughout Europe.
