Brite-Strike selects IEME to deliver product training

Brite-Strike Technologies : 02 October, 2008  (Company News)
IEME to provide training coverage for Brite-Strike's tactical illumination products in vendor agreement
IEME International (IEME Force Training Division) has reached an agreement with Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products to be the sole training organisation for the Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination product line.

IEME International has been in the field of education and training for over 18 years. With IEME's well-rounded background in EMS education, OSHA compliance training, rescue services standby-training and self defense training, such partnership with an independently successful company like Brite-Strike is a complementary match without question.

IEME is a training institution that has been training law enforcement, fire/rescue, military, government agencies, hospital employees, and civilian groups from across the US and abroad. They also provide training for secure installations around the country, including dozens of nuclear power plants, which could be a prime market for Brite-Strike products.

IEME Force Training Division has developed four programs targeted for the Brite Strike product line.

For the law enforcement professional, IEME has developed the TIDS (Tactical Illuminations Defence System). The 4-hour (Basic) and 8-hour (Advanced) programs will certify law enforcement personnel in the use of the "Tactical Blue Dot" Series lights. This program will teach self-defence, use of force, and controlled cooperation techniques, and will give a law enforcement individual a 2-year certification once they successfully complete the program's 4- or 8-hour system.

For those agencies who wish to send a member of their department to be a certified instructor of the TIDS program, IEME Force Training has a 40-hour Trainer program, which allows law enforcement personnel to teach the 4-hour (Basic) and 8-hour (Advanced) program to their respected departments.
In the Citizen Safety and Lighting Strike line, IEME Force Training has developed the VICE (Victim Illumination Controlled Evasion) and ADVICE (Assaulted Defencive Victim Illumination Controlled Escape) systems to teach civilians, women and children how to safely escape an attack or potential attack. These proven, simple, effective and easy to learn systems will teach students self defense techniques, surroundings awareness, strikes on attackers, and illumination techniques.

All of the systems are based on KRAV MAGA and Muay Thai disciplines and are solely developed by IEME International and the Force Training Division staff.
