Established expert in aviation security to take part in programme to review potential aviation threats at Transportation Systems Seminar |

The IET is pleased to announce the addition of Professor Adam Ogilvie-Smith, Aviation Security Expert and Visiting Professor at Robert Gordon University, to the programme of this month’s Cyber Security: Transportation Systems seminar.
Professor Smith will review potential threats to aviation security and what can be learnt from them, report on the Office for Security and Counter-Terrorism (OSCT) technology demonstrator investigation into aviation security and examine how innovation and technology can be best utilised to improve security and enhance the passenger’s experience.
The day will also feature commentary and practical advice from a wealth of experts who have faced and overcome cyber security challenges within transportation systems. The programme includes contributions from London Underground, MIRA Ltd, Adelard, Secure by Design, Notitia Salu Ltd and Atkins.
