Audiolog now supports EADS communications.

Verint Systems : 11 June, 2007  (New Product)
European tests confirm support for recording EADS radio communications using Audiolog voice recording from Verint Systems.
Verint Systems announces that its mission-critical Audiolog Interaction Recording solution now supports the recording of radio communications from the EADS (European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company) DXTip TETRA System.

Successful testing of the system at the end of last year at EADS' Helsinki TETRA Laboratories demonstrated that both the audio transmissions and the associated call information, such as talk group and radio ID, is captured.

Public safety organisations using the EADS TETRA system can now choose Verint's Audiolog solution to record calls and reliably recreate scenarios. Remote live monitoring and playback allows managers to listen to multiple channels or calls from their desktop PCs whilst flexible storage capabilities allow large volumes of calls and related data to be retained using industry-standard storage technologies. Interactive assessment tools are also available to ensure organisations comply with Government mandates on call handling evaluation. These critical capabilities enable public safety professionals to have access to the information required to act with speed and efficiency.

David Parcell, Managing Director, EMEA for Verint Systems says, "The successful recording of calls on the EADS DXTip TETRA system is a fantastic boost, especially as it follows soon after the launch of Audiolog to the EMEA public safety markets. We look forward to bringing the benefits of Audiolog and of our many years of working with law enforcement agencies to public safety organisations and partners who are looking for a high quality and mission critical recording solution."
